Hi,
I've tested easysocial.stackideas.com using my setup Windows 10 > Explorer 11 and there does not appear to be an issue with writing to updates.

However on my site running EasySocial 1.4.5 and
http://ja-social-ii.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/easysocial
the issue remains.

I've granted permission for you to enter my development site.

Look forwarding to hearing what you find.

Cheers!
Hi Guy,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

We have perform some intensive test on your site and figuring that something within the site is injecting an extra css property inside the story form that causing the form to collapse when you using IE 11. We are not entirely sure where is this css coming from but we manage to apply some fix in other to counter this.

I've apply the following css code inside your /templates/ja_social_ii/css/template.css so it will always make the story form expand.
.es-story-textbox {
display: block !important;
}

I will discuss with our designers so we can apply a proper fix in the next release of easysocial.

Good job Ezrul!

I applied this fix to my main development site with the exception I used /templates/ja_social_ii/css/custom.css instead.

Good luck with getting this sorted in the next update.

In the meantime if you wish you might like to contact Joomlart as they've got the same issue I've had until now.
Of course it's up to you if you contact them or not.

Cheers!

Hi Guy,

You are most welcome. I have discuss with our designers and decide that this fix would be the best to resolve this issue once and for all. We will include this fix in the next release of easysocial.
