If I create the subscription (fixed 1 year) from frontend, everything is OK.
But if I create the same subscription from backend, the expiry date is "never expires".
I think you have some bug in the code.
Tested on production site and on the new Joomla installation site too with the same results.

sorry for the delayed response.

We fixed this issue internally and will be included in the coming release.
For now to fix this, find attached file and replace it with the below-mentioned file path.
root\administrator\components\com_payplans\controllers\subscription.php

After replacing the file, please take a look at this issue again and update us if any issue persists.
