Hi,

What's the simplest way of dealing with existing users on EasySocial, who joined before PayPlans was installed/rolled out?
Some users have just baseplans, some have business pages so would now be classed as Business Users.

I'd like to give them free membership to base AND business plans for life, if they stick with their existing profile type.

Should I assign them to the new profile types & groups?
How do I deal with Payplans?

Hey Juile,

The base plan and business plan on your site is recurring till user cancel the subscription.

For existing user's either you can assign plan from backend that will be free or ask existing user's to subscribe base plan.

To assign plans to existing users who don't have any base plans.
You can use PayPlans Assign Plan option available on the backend User page.

Any suggestions for setting up a plan for those I'd like to give free membership to for their base AND business plans for life?

Do I need to duplicate everything; plan, plan assignment and App but for FOREVER and with a price of zero?
