Correct me if I'm wrong, do you mean do you want stream to populate the stream item (article application)
If yes, you can disable it by:
1. Click EasySocial>Applications>Applications>Article-User>Stream>Disable create article

I have one category in my joomla site witch holds the Terms and cookie warning privacy settings etc etc.. and just some text files for modules. Its jut a bunch articles for the site to work well not any news in it. This category is accessible by the super users to edit and create new articles.

But if they do make a new one or edit a article it prompt up in the story line (stream) in the front and I don't want that.

Hopefully I made my self clear this time..
