Hello. Lately i've been told by our hosting company for a lot of CPU time in one of our sites. Further investigation shows of excessive logging from komento :
"POST /?option=com_komento HTTP/1.1"

this is actually 5 times in a second from different ip's. It is frustrating!
I immediately turn off komento, but that did not fix my issue, now i am getting the same logs but with 404
For 12 days i have arround 2 mil lines of log, which most of them are komento related.

I need your help. Thank you!

EDIT: I completely uninstalled komento and delete all database entries but the problem remains - still getting
"POST /?option=com_komento HTTP/1.1" every single second
Hello,

These are actually ajax calls made to retrieve language strings from the server and the size is actually relatively small.

Well, that would be ok, IF they were several entries for a day. Not 2 million in 12 days with 3000 page visits for the same 12 days . And why it continuous even after a completely wiped out komento? Still running 3-5 entries a second...

If you have lots of visitors, it'll definitely generate more access logs because the more visits your site has, the webserver would then log down these requests. If you have uninstalled Komento, it will no longer perform these ajax calls.
