Exceeded Friends Limit. After update cannot add or accept friend request.

ever since the latest update none of my users can add or accept friend request. i've looked on here for advise but nothing is forthcoming... some say increase the friend limit without actually say how..

Error in full:

Exceeded Friends Limit
Sorry, but you have already exceeded your friends limit. Please contact the site administrator to upgrade your account.

I am sorry for the late reply.
Please follow these steps:
1. Go to your EasySocial backend. Joomla > Components > EasySocial > Access . Click on Discover and start Scan
2. After all rules has been discovered, go to your EasySocial Profile types. Joomla > Components > EasySocial > Profile Types > (profile type) > Access > Friends > Friends Limit = Unlimited.
