Exceeded Friends Limit

Hello,

My user get an "exceeded friends limit" error (see attached).
In "profile type" / "authorizations" / "friend", everything is set to "unlimited".
I am using 1.3.8 on Joomla 3.3.6, what's wrong ?

1) Can you provide us with Joomla backend and FTP access so that we can check on this issue?

2) Provide us the user access that facing the friend limit issue so we can further check on this matter.
