Hi, I am setting up eWay as a Payment gateway. I have followed these instructions (https://stackideas.com/docs/payplans/administrators/payment-gateways/eway), it all seems pretty straight forward.

I have the access info from the client but when I go to test the gateway it just gives me a blank screen with the following URL (https://2017.essbiztools.com.au/administrator/index.php?option=com_payplans&view=app)

Can you please have a look for me?

You can select a plan from here: https://2017.essbiztools.com.au/membership
Hello,

Go to Site backend-> Control Panel-> Global configuration and set "Debug System" to "Yes" and "Error reporting" to "Maximum".
then try to complete payment and see what error is coming.
Share the screen shot of error.

The FTP access doesn't seem to work for me here. Can you please advise?

Hello,

I have checked your site and found that Soap is not enabled at your end.
Payplans eway app is implemented using SOAP api of Eway. Soap is disabled or not installed at your end. Please check it and update us.

Hi, I have turned on SOAP in the PHP setting in the server cPanel, is this what you meant or is there extra settings in the eWay control panel itself?

Everything is working now, I tested it successfully. Thank you for your help.

Yes, that is correct place as what you mentioned in PHP setting.

By the way, glad to heard your issue resolved.

As a gentle reminder, kindly start a new thread if you have any other issue in the future so it will be easier for us to manage your inquiry. I will lock and mark this thread as resolved.
