Hi... I'm hoping this is possible but can't see how....

I want to allow any logged-in user to be able to use the "Share What's New" stream box on EasySocial events.... Currently it seems only the event creator gets that option.

To engage the community I want them to be able to chip in with comments, questions, info etc right there (I know there is a 'discussions' section but it's too far buried away to be useful for my members... in the spirit of 'Easy' I just want those discussions to be capable to happening right up front on the event page.

(Also of note that "Share What's New" box on the event page is still lacking the 'Share Files' option that is on the main activity stream - hopefully that can get added in fairly simply too ?!)
Hi,

As long as user is part of the event (RSVP to the event) then the user will be able to "Share What's New". This behaviour follows EasySocial Groups.

As for file sharing, we will see if we can include this in the future.
