It seems that you are using older version of Echo template on your site. Maybe you can try to update them first and see whether this issues already resolved or not. Keep us update regarding this issues.

Please advice.

Note:
Maybe you can do backup on your echo files in case there are modifications you made on echo template, overridden during upgrade.
