Event Type - "Open Event"

Hi

I have made 4 x events from different groups and they are all published and show up in both the front end and the backend.
Only 1 of them shows up in any of the modules feeds?

See screenshot - I noticed that the one that shows up in the module is a "type - Open Event" - does this mean only open events are able to show in the modules?

Hm, that was strange, may i know do you still remember how you create these events in previously?

Because by right when you create new event, it should store that event type as well, but base on your screenshot, another event doesn't store any event type.

May i know what is these event type suppose to store?

Hi there,

After checking this on your site, It seems that those events created are created on groups and pages. They will not have their own types as the will always follow your group/pages types. As for example, if your group is public, it will always follows group type, that is public.

Please advice.

Hi Warith

I understand that the module will not show an Event from a Group that is Open but set to moderate applicants, then it will not display based on it assumes that the event is not open to the public.

Honestly, i am bit lost here actually. May i know whether your issues already resolve or not? and based on your statement above, i am a bit confused actually. It would be best if you can provide us with more details for us further check on this issues. Please advice.
