When viewing User Notification settings some of them stay present even when applications are turned off. For example, if I disable the Event Tasks App I can still see Event Task Notification settings. In my opinion, these notification settings should be hidden when the app is disabled.

The same should happen for other apps as well when they are disabled.

Thanks for your suggestion.

After examining some of the alerts, apps and extensions. This is not possible to implement because alerts are not binded to a single app.

Certain alerts are connected/triggered by several apps and extensions. So to delete the alerts when one app is deleted will definitely present other issues.

With that said, I believe manually disabling the alerts is still the best option.
