Do you mean when someone click on attend button from the event, the system will show a list of who attend this event? If yes, currently we only have show how many person attended the event.

I think I am asking for something that is not possible. For example, if I set up an event for a party, when my guests click that they are attending, I would like a form for my guests to tell me how many people they're bringing with them and what food item they're bringing.

Ah, unfortunately we do not have such functionality but what you can do is to customize the theme file and upon responding with a event, display a popup requesting them for such questions.
