Event Review App: Alert user they need to sign in? (and an admin message)

Two points..

1) A sensitive one for admin only - so please see 'Additional Information' below.

2) With the ES Events Review App I notice that the 'Submit a Review' form is available for non-logged in people.. so they can go to the effort of typing a review and then they lose it completely when they try and submit.

Is there a way to have a 'Login to post a review' type message - maybe with the input fields inactive when the user is not logged in.

Nevertheless, thanks for suggesting this, we'll try to include this in the next release.
