Event repeat funtion has time zone problem

Event repeat funtion has time zone problem.
My time zone is Asia/Taipei. When I use Event repeat funtion, it will create the events with wrong time title(later 8hr), but the date/time is correct.
On your site, I found the same situation, yours is later 8hr too.
Good catch, can you try download may attached file and replace into this file location and see how it goes.
