Event permalink AutoSet?

Is there a way to auto set the permalink when you create an event?

I really wish stackideas would just have it set by default to auto-set permalink and maybe allow it as a custom setting to set your own for those that want to. I can read a ton of post of everyone wanting permalinks to be set automagically.

Is it possible to have it set to auto create permalink for EasySocial events?
Hey there,

You can actually just remove the entire permalink field, and as such user won't have to fill it up, and a system generated one will be used instead.

In order to do so head to your backend -> Easysocial -> Custom Field -> Workflows -> Event workflow. Click on the X on the Permalink.

If you hit an error saying mandatory field is require, please add all the field that is mandatory into the workflow and save.
