Event Module Not Showing Anything

With EasySocial 1.3.8 Event do not show with Joomla 2.5.14

I saw today a fix, but the release is the same 1.3.8.

Should I take this fix in another place?

I'm not sure if this is related to the issue I had, but attached is an update Mark provided that may help (NOTE: In case this doesn't work, be sure to backup the original).

Add the file to the "modules/mod_easysocial_events" folder.
