Can I allow other users to browse another album and use the pictures there as profile cover?

Can I allow other users to browse another album and use the pictures there as profile cover? When the user choose "Update Cover Photo" and then "Choose from Photos" it seamed he can see only his albums but no others.

The idea here is that we build one album with cover pictures the users can choose from.
I am sorry but unfortunately that is not possible currently. The user is only able to use pictures from their own albums for their post cover. However, it does seem like a pretty cool idea where the system could have a "Shared albums"
