1 - in group: members can create event but they are no permission: only admin and owner cases are checked.

Hm, not sure if I understand you here. Please do correct me if I misunderstood you. I created a group as user1 and as user2 joined the group. Then, I was able to create an event without any issues here.

2 - I have no notification when a new file is upload in a group. Is it normal ?

Uploading files doesn't generate notifications currently and it is the default behavior.

-> I've replicate this, seems there is a bug. I've logged this issue in our issue tracker

-> Yes, you can modify in the file:
JoomlaFolder/media/com_easysocial/apps/group/files/files.php function onAfterStorySave

For files notifications, you have not planned to develop it ?
Can I overide this file in my template ? It's just if I put a file from story ? If I put a file from application, I'll notify too, or it's another file to mofify?

Unfortunately that was not possible to override that file into your template is because that is function file instead of theme file.

For this file notification, i would suggest you start a new thread for request this feature (select "EasySocial - Feature Request") category, if a lot of user request this, we will consider implement this in the future.

You're suggested to backup the file that you want to replace beforehand for precaution
