Actually I still a little bit lost here, because you already point to correct settings page.

By the way, I have help you changed `Event Default Display` to Timeline, so it will display the story form at default page in event.

Am i missing something here? Please advise.

If you set Event Default Display - Info, it will not display comment on underneath.

There should be a Voices about this you can vote on. I've raised it the forums a few times... It's not a great user experience to have to select either INFO or TIMELINE... Experience shows we need both!

We can't rely on our users seeing / using the little links in the left column to switch between the two... If you set INFO as default view, people miss all the great TIMELINE action... If you set TIMELINE as default view, people mail in to your site to say there's no basic info about the event!

The solution to me seems very simple. The combined view. Event info at the top.... Timeline right below it. Everything on one page. That demonstrates the 'Easy' in 'Easy'Social eh?!

Hmm.. Looks like it may have been one of the ones that 'disappeared' recently... I'll add it again.. but I fear it will be lost there.... To me it's it a clear user experience improvement.

Is there ANYONE out there, just one single person, who would have a reason not to want to see this simplified onto one view?
