This issue already resolved in payplans release 3.5.5.
Please share ftp details and admin detail, credential shared in another forum is not working.

Please update us the admin url and credentials, so will check this issue at your end.

If it's fixed why does it keep showing the empty tag? and why do you keep on sending me the rewritter.php file?

Did you mean that it is required for you to re-upload the rewritter.php to get this empty tags dissappear or are you saying that even with the rewritter.php, the empty tags are still showing up?

I did a comparison between the rewritter.php that you have uploaded here and the rewritter.php in our repository, and both files are actually the same.

We need to troubleshoot this issue or perhaps provide us with the steps to replicate this because Manisha wasn't able to reproduce this error on her end

Last time I checked the rewritter.php file was not the same after version 3.5.5, I even posted both files in readybites. Will check again and post back.
To reproduce, very easy: In configuration insert the same tags as I have from EU VAT plugin. Show blank Tokens is Off.

I guess the users select Personal Purpose, but even selecting Business Purpose the address does not show, I guess the address comes from the VAT validation.

I have never seen a components / plugins that ask the user if it's for personal or business use. It's not done like this.
Usually this is done via geo-ip, if IP is within EU zone the VAT field always shows up for all users.... and if it's a company then it needs to be validated according to VIES law. But if it's not a company the user still might want to input the tax number but the VAT is not reversible, that is the user will pay tax.

Just checked, the files are the same.

Would the issue automatically disappear? Yes, still have it, above are printscreens in version 3.6.3.
I give up on this one. Let the tag show.
