EsyBlog expires after upgrade

Hi
I had a license of EsayBlog since April last year. on March 5th, I upgraded to a Developer Plan for USD 120. Now, I get a notification that it has expired. Is this really your policy? When I upgrade (for a lot of money!), my license does not automatically renew? That does not seem to be a fair treatment of customers.

Hi Simone,

Unfortunately, upgrades does not renew your license, it will just update your subscription. Therefore, it is recommended to upgrade when you renew your subscription. However, we make it an exception for you and have your subscription extended for a year, which should reflect on your dashboard now.
