Hi There,

Just upgraded to v2.1.1 (using Full Install package) from RC2, in the backend there are two menu items that has no language translation. I've reported this back in Beta1 I think but it is still there.

Since my staging does not have FTP and it's a hassle to give you guys access to the server, can you give me instruction what file/s to change or delete please.

Sorry, another one:

I don't see this tab in a fresh install of ES, so I guess there's json files (maybe) that are not updated during install even with full package.

Thanks,

Jackson
Hey Jackson,

Hm, those files are no longer in use. I think the installer should delete it! Anyway, you can manually delete the files below:

/administrator/components/com_easysocial/defaults/sidebar/access.json
/administrator/components/com_easysocial/defaults/sidebar/maitenance.json

Thanks Mark! Deleted the two files that you suggested and that extra sidebar items disappeared.

One more though:

Thanks again,

Hm, odd. This should have been fixed earlier but you can delete the following file:

/administrator/components/com_easysocial/themes/default/settings/form/pages/general/login.php
/administrator/components/com_easysocial/themes/default/settings/form/pages/general/login.js

No problem EasySocial is very dynamic, and I believe it is too dynamic because every layout that you see are not hardcoded in any way. There are pros and cons but I guess, issues like this wouldn't really do much harm if we get it right.
