ES4 layout shifting in workflow using tabs

Hi there,

I'm encountering a layout shifting while using tabs in workflows. As shown in attached screen-capture the tab-fields class ( .es-edit-panel__tabs) has a width of 100% and pushes all data fields to a minimum on the right.
This doesn't happen when working without the general tab.
Tested on J3 latest and J4 latest beta, both with ES 4.0.1 and with Chrome and Firefox.

Thanks for the report, can you try to download my attached file then replace it with the following file on your site and see how it goes?
