ES3 Some Buttons For Events Are Not Displayed On Laptop View

Hello,

If you take a look to attached pic "mobile.jpg" you can see with the red arrows some buttons. But when you take a look to the other attachedpic "desktop.jpg" you can see the buttons are hidden. Is it normal? Or is it a probleme related to my template ? I use the latest version of my template...
