on VIDEO menu: videos are without img preview.
Please edit your first post and include the ftp access so that we can troubleshoot this.

P/S: You should add your site details and ftp once at https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so that you don't have to add this on all of your posts.

Hi Danilo,

Seems like the video that you've upload from the youtube doesn't have sddefault.jpg format where by default it will using this format so it will not displayed the video image. I've make temporary fix for this in the file:
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/crawler/hooks/youtube.php
But it will effected as you upload a new video in the site. For the previous video that have been uploaded in the site we have manually change the format in database. In order to do that, we need your PhpMyAdmin access.

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

for older is not a problem: community is not working now.

I try with another video but it doesn't work as you can see on video category "news".

Hey Danilo,

What my colleague applied the fix in your site, it will only affected with your new video.

If you upload the same video link, it will loaded back the existing data from your database.

I would like suggest you 2 way to solve this :

1. Delete all the existing video then upload again.

2. Provide us with your database access, I will manually added back the correct thumbnail URL from your database Easysocial video table data.
