With the template Wireframe-toolbar, my demo page is displayed incorrectly. See the screenshot.

Ps. In the moment, I can not leave the page any more, since there was a mistake in the poll test.
We don't actually have a wireframe-toolbar theme. Not really sure how you cloned this but I am presuming you cloned it from a 1.4 site? As soon as I switch it to wireframe it works fine now.

Anyway the polls issue is fixed. I think you had a bad upgrade but I re-ran the database maintenance and it works fine now.
