I found out filter is ignored for guests users.
It is working for connected users only.

Well I tested before providing it and just retested it successfully right now.
What error do you get ?
Do you think the host has a location rule ?
Well not as handy as ftp, but If this is enough, I also installed extplorer component so you can update files from the J backend.
