I believe your API credentials need to also allow static maps.

It seems to works fine as it tried to test it in your site as you can see here http://prntscr.com/d6yl8o using "detect my locations" and by typing in the form. I suspected maybe you haven't allowed your browser to "detect locations" on your browsers. Please advice.
