ES2.1 ALONE OR ADDITIONAL TEMPLATE ?

Hi again,

I loved what I have seen in easysocial.org. what i want to ask is about the friend Suggestion,online friends and events published on the left side. Can these modules published in same beautiful way in ES 2.1 with any template/ theme or any specific template or them? Please see the attached picture?

Yep, those are actually a mixture between modules and widgets, http://take.ms/k9APZ . Widgets cannot be positioned on your Joomla template but module can.

Widgets would appear on your dashboard

Hi Mark, Thank you for your guidance.

I have planed to publish " friend " and "sugesstion" as on the previous pictures attached. I found ES friend module and try to published on dashboard at es-dashboard-sidebar-after-newsfeeds.but no success . I don't also understand how can I publish as widgets. Does it requires me an expert or possible to handle by joomla beginner like me?

When you view on Easysocial user dashboard page, it actually belong to this menu item "Community", you can check my attached screenshot below.

I already help you ticked that "Community" hidden menu item, it should appear that friend module on Easysocial user dashboard page now.
