In fact, I forgot to say you "this probleme appear ONLY when you upload from a mobile device".... Using my desktop, it work fine. Please retry using your own mobile device, and you will see it dont work

I tried uploading the video from my iPhone and it works fine(refer screenshot). Since I can't replicate the issue by uploading the video from mobile device as well, I can't really say for sure what is causing the issue. Can you try uploading the video again and see if it's working currently?
