I have a free Tier that cannot upload videos but can post video site links to their stream.

In the User Type ACL Settings i get the following resultsL

• Upload Videos Set to Off
  
• Share Video Links set to ALLOW
  
• Add new videos to New Video Section to off
  

This results in the video not being posted and an error message comes up stating you do not have permission

Now if i set it to the following

• Upload Videos Set to Off
  
• Share Video Links set to ALLOW
  
• Add new videos to New Video Section to ALLOW
  

The stream item posts okay without error

Is this the correct behaviour as one would assume that by just having Share video links to stream post set to ALLOW then it should post to their stream although it wont appear in the all video sections.

Or is this correct behaviour and both need to be switched on
