Hi There,

I tried to install Notes App and since apps are now only visible on Profile so I went and check it on my profile. Click on Apps > Notes and there's no button to create a note.

How do I make one?

Hey Jackson,

Have you already updated the notes app? From the looks of your screen shot, it looks like the app is outdated.

Hi Mark,

I guess, but I have to check, I was testing it in my staging. Now, I just installed it in my test site and I installed it but I don't see it in my profile I don't see the dropdown Apps in the new toolbar.

No, I did not set it to default but I already installed it from the Applications.

No, I did not set it to default but I already installed it from the Applications.

It is required for you to set them as default first, in order for them to shown on your user's apps sections. Please give it a try and see how it goes.

Hi Abdul,

If you look at my test site, I did what you suggested, I made the Note App as default in the Profile Type. I went back to my Profile and I still don't see the App dropdown in the new toolbar. Weird!

Update:
There's a setting in Settings > Users > Layout > Display Applications On Sidebar. It was set to Off that is why Apps is not showing in the new toolbar. Notes is working fine now.
