Apologies in advance this is a little long. I am just trying to give you as much info as possible!

I have 3 Profile Types on my site.

(1) final BUG Network:
EXPLENATION: Is the default profile for finalBUG members. You need to be registered to view these profiles in full. Site Manager & Open Demo Profiles are exceptions.

Front End NOT logged in:
If I attempt to go to the users profile “es-003” front end

I am taken to the login page!

Joomla Back End:
Profile Types/final BUG Network/Privacy/Profile/Who can view my profile page/REGISTERED USERS

Users/es-003/Privacy/Profile/Who can view my profile page/REGISTERED USERS


(2)finalBUG Open Demo:
EXPLENATION: Normally full profiles are locked until login! Both Manager & Open Demo Profiles are an exception to this rule!

If I attempt to go to the users profile “Demo One” in the front end

(3)final BUG Manager

Front End;
If I go to the users profile “Paul David Murray” front end I am taken to the login page!

Users/Paul David Murray/Privacy/Profile/Who can view my profile page/EVERYONE

(1) final BUG Network being locked until logged in makes sense to me.
(2) finalBUG Open Demo being locked until logged in makes no sense to me.
(3) final BUG Manager being locked until logged in makes no sense to me.

If I am not mistaken I think the last ES update messed something up. I believe that this happens from time to time.

The reason why it redirect to login page is because your "Easysocial profile menu item" is set to only allow "Registered" user group can able to access.

All the user profile will go through this profile menu item.

To fix this, you have to consider to switch `Registered` to `public` access.
