ES Toolbar responsive layout

Ist there a posibility to have the toolbar displayed with the responsive layout (burger menue instead of the items displayed) visible on ether the desktop resolution?
Could you be so kind and give me a hint where the breakpoint could be find/modified?

Unfortunately that is not easy task to change this behaviour, perhaps you can consider to switch your theme to use Elegant theme, so it will show these menu as dropdown, you can check my attached screenshot below.

Hmm... this could be a way. But unfourtionaly this theme menue doesn't have all needed items...

The responsive version of the "dark" template would be my favorit.
Probably you could tell me the point/file where the small/reposive layout will be called. So I could try my own luck...
