ES Toolbar Module - cannot turn off main ES toolbar

Hi.
In previous versions of ES prior to 1.3.21, I used to "disable" the toolbar on the theme so as I could use the ES Toolbar module to place it where I wanted. However, this no longer seems to work. If in the theme (in this case "frosty") you set "Show Toolbar" to "No", it disables it entirely, meaning the "EasySocial Toolbar" module also no longer shows. Is this a known issue?

Looks like there's a bug in our code refactoring done earlier. Here's a quick fix, download the attached file and upload it into /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/toolbar/
