Hello,

I am new to Easy Social and struggle!

Initially, when I installed ES, the toolbar was on one line, showing all the links like shown on your demo site.

Now, on my site, it is a small box with dropbown like shown attached. Also attaching a print screen of your demo (the way I want it to be)

I don't manage to have it back on one line. How can I do that?

Also, since the clicked on "reset to default" in the settings, we get the message "You do not have a subscription or your supcription has already expired". I just bought ES. How do we fix this?

When I change the default Theme, it does not seem to work. Always stays the same unless I select "DARK".

Thank you,

Julien
Hi Julien,
I suspect that you template may have something to do with this. To investigate further, can you provide us your backend and ftp access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site? Thanks.

Raymonf, I just did. May indeed be the Gavick template and/or Mighty Site?

Hey Julien,
Looks like the Gk_university template is overriding EasySocial's toolbar styling, which is why you are seeing a different styling compared to our demo site. You can try changing the 'community' menu item to protostar(http://take.ms/FL6Tr) to see how the toolbar looks like on protostar template.
If you want to use Gk_university template on EasySocial, perhaps you can consult them regarding the styling to see if they can assist you.

Hi Raymond,

I have applied the protostar template to the 'community' menu item and we are still seeing the Gavick University template... Any idea why?

Hello Julien,

The FTP which you have provided isn't working so I can't help you to rename the overrides folder. Here's what you can do, rename the folder /templates/gk_university/html/com_easysocial/toolbar/ to some other names and try it out again.

It seems like GK University has some template overrides for the toolbar and this could be causing those issues that you are facing, http://take.ms/9W0PL
