Hi guys,

I upgraded yesterday to ES v1.3.28. Now having javascript issues. The buttons in the toolbar don't work and the expanding status update box doesn't work either. Any help much appreciated. Site credentials below if needed.

Thank you,

Update: I re-installed ES 1.3.28 using the launcher hoping that the correct scripts would be installed. However, it did not work. Same issues as before: none of the toolbar buttons are working.

Any help much appreciated,

James

Hello James,

The JavaScript Compression has been changed to compressed and the System Environment has set to Production.
Those toolbar should be working fine now. Please bear with us for a moment as we're having a slow connection on your site right now.

Ok, thank you. Are these settings accessed in the Joomla configuration page? Should I leave them set like this always?

Thanks again,

James

Ok, I'm trying to be patient! There was a high CPU load on the site which has now gone back to normal. But the javascript problems are still there: no toolbar buttons are working, status update box also not working. It's probably a javascript conflict with another program but this is a live site and I really need to get it fixed ASAP.

I have included site and FTP credentials below.

Thank you for you help in this.
