ES Stream Module does not filter by category group

Hello,

i am using the EasySocial Stream Module and want to show only stream content of some users, so i have been adding a group in a certain group category and no i am filtering in this module by Group category. BUT it does not show any stream content of the members of the group.

If i am filtering by public stream, it shows all streams. If i am filtering by event category, it shows these events correctly. Just filter by group category seems not to work. Please advice.

PS: This is a local intranet site, so i cant give you a link. Can you reproduce this locally?

Am I missing something here? Does the viewer have permission to view those stream items?

Hello Raymond,

thank you fort testing, that is strange, i dont know what to do, everything seems to be correct and it works with events and public streams. Me, the viewer, can see the stream in component stream view, so it cant be an issue of permissions. The group is set to public. Even if i want to view it with account of group member, it does not show. Just. Any other idea?

Hello Raymond,

i was thinking, every member of a group could post anything and it would be published in the module, BUT you have to post a stream as a member in the group itself to have the stream going into the profile. Now i know how this is supposed to work
