ES registration : dashboard with features to request new activation email / change email

Hello,

Some times our visitors have issues with activation and they contact us to get new codes to validate their accout (mail validation).
Some times people dont write correctly their email addresses and its impossible to correct it, they need to register again !

I am using Invision power board solution for another forum and they have a pretty nice feature, when you register at the end you are logged in but not activated, you stay on a onboarding page where you can request new email (resend), contact ou logout :

Unfortunately it is not possible to achieve this as those activations are based on tokens and it will change from time to time.

But it would best if you could submit your feature request regarding this simply by creating a new ticket on the forums, and set it to "Feature Request" so everyone else on the site could vote for it as well. The team will usually prioritize features that are in popular demand during the development process of the next major release.

+1 same situation here... many people wrote wrong email address and we lost reg.! this will be a key feature

+1 It seems like a handy feature.

I too suffer from students contacting us in order to regain access.
The best solution; which it a bit time-consuming is having. the student re-register.
Then eventually clean out all users who haven't activated to keep things clean.
