I am not know how the flow that you prefer, but we do have file custom field, where user can upload files, during the registration process https://take.ms/PskJy
Thus, user can upload any files that require during registration, and as admin, you can upload the file and verify them.

If you require other verification workflow, perhaps, you can submit it in our feature request category, thus our developer can keep track the feature that can be implement in the future release

Thanks for your feedback and your suggestion. We will see if we can add this feature into future release of EasySocial or not and at the moment, we've other priorities we need to work on first for EasySocial
