Hello,

As you can see with attached picture "1.jpg" , the superuser profile is 84% complet. But if you see attached picture "2.jpg" , all fields are complete and profile is 100% complete.

Something is wrong in my backend setings? I don't saw the solution.

You can see here http://yannanderson.com/site/en/friends/profile/edit that all fields are complete.

Thank you for your precious help !

Best Regards,

Yann Anderson
Alright sure, we will include this fix in EasySocial 3.0.

Hummm I know what was wrong: my site is a new and fresh installation. I have "for the first time" clicked the blue button "update" at the bottom of the page, and now, it's ok, the site no longer request me to update my profile :-)

Hey Yann,

How this 'Profile Completion Checks' work is, when the user register on your site, the system behind will do some calculation for how many custom field you added, if you didn't enable this setting 'Check Optional Field', it will mark all these fields as completed and stored into database even though user doesn't fill in those non-required fields.

So i suspect you have add some new custom field into your current user workflow, it doesn't recalculate for each of the existing users, that is why when the existing user login on the site, the system will show that message on the page.

Hi Arlex,

I performed a test and as I can see, it's a bug of your system, maybee you can make a try on your local computer with the current version of EasySocial. I will explain you :

1) I register on the site, using the form ( see attached picture "1.jpg" ) and I check the box "male" because by default, nothing is selected
2) Profile is 76 % complete ( see attached picture "2.jpg" )
3) On user profile, I fill all the fields, but I dont touch the box "male" because it's selected / in the memory of the system, ( see attached picture "3.jpg" )
4) Now, profile is 84 % complete, instead of 100 % , ( see attached picture "4.jpg" )
5) I go back on user profile, and now, I click the checkbox "male", ( see attached picture "5.jpg" )
6) Now, the profile is complete.

So, as I can imagine, it's a bug of your system, no ?
