When a user creates a new Blog Post in EB, which needs to be moderated... When is the points awarded to the Blogger (User)? Of course best would be that the points are awarded when and if the blog is published...

This should also apply to other items like jReviews listing (add new listing), etc...

Can you advice how it is currently?
