Hello Team,

Our ES mobile/tablet template isn't responsive to our extension "Social ads" (see attachment). Can you please assist? Desktop view shows how this extension should correctly display.

In addition, mobile template is not responsive to joomla articles (Our terms and conditions, about us do not display correctly - users cannot scroll sideways. Some information isn't visible) - Please see video sent to Stackideas inbox on our site.

Site Details remain valid.

Thank you
Hi Michael,
Our ES mobile/tablet template isn't responsive to our extension "Social ads" (see attachment).
I do not see any ads on my end: http://take.ms/4sHJE

Can you provide me the user account from your screenshot so I can better check this?

It appears you have applied a fixed width in the content itself(http://take.ms/CDrJW). You can try removing this and save the article.

I have now created test ads under the Stackideas profile. You can replicate issues by going to the stackideas profile and clicking per attached image here.

Note, mobile detail more discombobulated compared to tablet, nonetheless, both affected.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

If other page still having this styling issue, can you list out those page URL so I can pass to our designer to check this styling issue on this coming Monday?

By the way, it seems like i was unable to connect with FTP server, this is what i hitting now :

Command: Trust new Hostkey: Once
Command: Pass: **********
Error: Authentication failed.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity

Hey Michael,

I have consulted our designer regarding the issue and unfortunately we cannot assist you with this.

The esmobile template is designed mainly for EasySocial's mobile experience and as such it wont load any external component's styling. The component has to apply their own styling on esmobile.

I would suggest that you contact SocialAds about this so they can make the page compatible with esmobile.

Hey Michael,

I have helped you apply the suggested custom css in your esmobile template custom css file: http://take.ms/cRENe
JoomlaFolder/templates/esmobile/css/custom.css

However, this only addresses the issue in the ad creation page(mobile view): .../create-manage-view-my-ads/adform

You should create some ads in a test account and provide SocialAds this account to show that the issue persists when the manage ads page contains some ads(http://take.ms/uWIvQ).

Thank you very much Raymond.

We've now been provided with the attachment here. If you can assist again, that'll be great.

(We are mindful your templates are being amended your end per our request in a separate ticket and we want to make sure things are done right not to conflict.)

Kind regards

Hey Michael,

Thanks for the update. I have helped you apply the suggested custom css into the same custom.css file which I mentioned previously.

The manage ads page should now show the tables properly in esmobile template: http://take.ms/axOU1

Can you help me double check and see how it goes?

Hello Raymond,

Thank you very much.

However, i noticed that the Tablet template isn't working fine. Can you please apply to tablet also.

Though the pages show properly in mobile template, we can't seem to create a new ad. it seems there's a conflict as both menus and textbox all link to image upload - i'm reaching out to Social Ads but please let me know if you have any observations.

Thank you very much

Hey Michael,

I have helped you apply the custom css into the establet template custom css file as well.
JoomlaFolder/templates/establet/css/custom.css

Can you help me check the creation page on tablet again?

It looks like this issue is only occuring on SocialAds page. I checked other EasySocial pages on your site and they do not link to image upload.

Let us know once you have an update from SocialAds.

Hello Raymond,

Once again, thank you very much for all your help with this. We've now received the attached from Social Ads. If you can kindly assist with the further suggested template changes, that will be greatly appreciated. (I have a question here, if i update this template in the future, will these changes be lost?)

Also, please let me know if you have any comment from Stackideas end per Social Ads suggestion to check with you.

Thank you.

Michael

Hey Michael,

Thanks for the info.

I have proceeded to apply new custom css into the esmobile and establet template's custom.css files. Can you help me double check whether the ad creation form is displaying properly?

The 'Browse' file button should also be fixed now and will not occupy the entirety of the form.

Thank you very much Raymond.

One last query, was there any custom CSS changes which affects our Vanilla template? Social Ads for the desktop was fine initially but now we see per screenshot.

Hey Michael,

I have consulted with our designer and it looks like this may be an issue with SocialAds and how the 'row' class is being used.

Can you consult them about this to see what is their response?
