es-mini-header shows up at bottom of any article page

I have a mini header appearing on any page I make with an article and I cannot figure out how to make it disappear. I've gone through all the settings I can think of in ES, looked at modules and menu items. It does not make any difference if the menu item is set as public or registered.

Feel free to make a new menu item in the support menu and link to a new article to replicate the issue.

Thanks for the tip. Soon as I read content plugin I thought, that was stupid on my part. Trying to make it way harder than it was. Should have thought of that to begin with.
