ES /Media/com_easysocial/tmp directory is large!

This directory is getting quite large. Can all the files be deleted from time to time? If so, why doesn't ES do this automatically?

Thanks Arlex, but you didn't answer my question: Can the files in this directory be safely deleted? If so, I will delete them manually.

Yes, it would be safely to delete these file from media/com_easysocial/tmp , because that just is temporary files.
