Team,

I will great appreciate your help here. First let me acknowledge that this was our doing some years back.

Now to the issue, we had a customised form designed for ES "Quick Registration", however, we have decided to get rid of most customisation as the ES application is quite well developed now over the years.

That said, we are uncertain where this customised job was inserted by the previous designer. When we disabled the "Quick Registration" option, our login form (desktop view) is a little out of shape. We don't think it is in the template because when we purchased and switched to the vanilla template, the customisation was not affected. Can you kindly assist or point us to the sections can remove to get the normal view?.

We just want to DELETE ALL THE FORM CUSTOMISATION and have the standard ES extension login form.(obviously the only difference will be the background image which we saved at the backend)

i have attached a sample from our current demo site). Thanks in advance as I understand this would be a favour.
To be honest, we really wouldn't have any idea what your previous developer tweaked or modified on the site but on the screen shot that you are showing, the html template file that would be responsible to generate that login box would be available at /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/helpers/html/login.php and that would equate to a template override path of /templates/JOOMLA_TEMPLATE/html/com_easysocial/helpers/html/login.php

However, if your previous programmer applied some hacks or did it differently, we are unable to further assist you to locate what changes your previous programmer did as it would be beyond the scope of our support. I would strongly urge that you get in touch with your programmer to check on what changes was done on the site.

Hello Mark,

Actually, it turns out this has nothing to do with the custom form (we just confirmed that the custom work was not included in the vanilla template). It is the vanilla template.

How do I know this, simple, we switched between our previous template (ekobridge) and back to the vanilla. The previous template rendered as the standard ES login form. But when switched to Vanilla, we get the display above.

To be absolutely certain, we uploaded the vanilla template to our demo site (attached) and you will see this is still the case.

(1)It seems the template's display section is somewhat too small; and

(2) the "Already have an account" section, was it intended to be fixed to the right as it looks? It will be great to have it positioned a bit more central like the example of our previous template don't you think?

Thanks

The height of the login box is dependent on the contents that appears on the login form (the right column). If you do not have much contents there, it does not make sense to fix a height for it. If you need to fix a height on the right column, you could just apply the block of css codes below,

[gist]
body #es .es-login-box__form {
height: 400px;
}
[/gist]

You totally misunderstood me Mark.

Nonetheless, thank you for the effort; I have now found a workaround.
