Jan, if it does get included in ES someday, it's going to be a long time. I've used such a plugin for Community Builder once upon a time. I started realizing that there are some folks who would actually be discouraged from viewing profiles considering that they like privacy and are not wanting to show up on other's profiles without being asked. I'm not docking on the idea, just something to be mindful of.

Thank you for the inquiry and responses. Currently the development of EasySocial is still on an on-going process but it's a little bit slow as we're pushing for EasyBlog 5. Should you really need the feature, I'd suggest for you to get it first; once EasyBlog 5 Alpha is out we'll be pushing to code/check on the video features.
