Hi Elias,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Regarding your issue, I've added a temporary fix on your site and below are the file I've modified.

JOOMLA/templates/esmobile/scripts/template.js

Can you please give it a try and see if your issue resolve? You might need to clear your web browser cache from your mobile device so that your browser will load the updated template.js file.

Hope this help and have a nice day

Hi Elias,

Regarding the issue with android, I've pass to our designer to check on the issue. As for the window mobile issue, currently we dont have window mobile device to test but, we tested with the window mobile emulator using window edge browser and cannot replicate this issue. By the way, the testing was done on our local site as we are not able to access to your site with the login detail you've provided. http://take.ms/sXkcq

Also, please see this video http://take.ms/HGTU1

Please advise.

Hi Elias,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

We just tested the issue on your site with the window mobile emulator using window edge browser and seems like we are not able to replicate this issue. Refer my video link here, http://take.ms/4MA5L .

To be honest our emulator is not exactly 100% representing the windows phone devices hence the result may varies with your actual phone. Perhaps you can try to clear out your browser phone cache and see how it goes?
