ES: I can not install language

Hello StackIdeas Support,

i can't install german language in EasySocial. Please see attached Error screenshot.

Hey Macjoomla,

After troubleshooting, it appears that your EasySocial's API does not match your current account.

I suspect the EasySocial installer used is downloaded from another account where the licensed domain is different. Can you reinstall EasySocial on the site using the installer downloaded from your current account(remember to backup beforehand)?

Hi Macjoomla,

There may be some permission issue, or it could be due to the site being on a subfolder. Can you provide us the ftp access as well so we can investigate further?

Hello Raymond, infos are updated. Site is going to be moved in to the main directory in short time, so if this should really be the matter, then i can wait this short time…

after downloading a new launcher and installing the component, it works fine with language installation.
